Subject: AEL New Middle Egyptian text book/looking for feedback

The University of California
press is considering the publication of a new textbook by Daniel Selden (UCSC)
entitled COLLEGE EGYPTIAN. This is a textbook for those interested in learning 
Middle Egyptian at the introductory level. While
designed for classes, its goal is to also be suitable for anyone
interested in learning Middle Egyptian on their own. The Press is posting this
e-mail to invite those interested in reviewing three sample chapters, giving us
their feedback (bearing in mind that the material is still in draft form, and
has not been copy-edited nor the pages designed). We would love to
hear what you think. Please respond to
this email address, or write reed.malcolm@ucpress.edu. You will be directed to a 
FTP site, which contains a description of the book, and the chapters.
